Job summary

Alexander Mann Solutions in Kraków is seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer to join our global recruiting team. You’ll collaborate with recruiters to deliver high-quality candidate experiences and craft effective sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, company websites and other tools.

You’ll use Boolean search techniques, engage diverse talent, and provide advisory input to hiring managers. This hybrid role offers growth opportunities within a leading talent and workforce solutions organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing and headhunting or candidate attraction.
• Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and digital sourcing tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Recruiters to deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies aligned to client needs.
• Apply market knowledge and talent intelligence to recruitment discussions and vacancy briefs.
• Use Boolean search techniques across LinkedIn, company websites and other sourcing tools to identify and engage diverse talent.
• Drive creative and non-linear sourcing approaches using conventional and unconventional channels.
• Deliver high-quality, well-engaged candidate shortlists with complete information.
• Provide clear recommendations on shortlisted candidates to Hiring Managers.
• Maintain timely, proactive communication with Recruitment Partners and Hiring Managers across levels.
• Ensure a consistent pipeline and flow of relevant candidates for each open role.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

• Drive creative and non‑linear sourcing approaches using both conventional and unconventional channels.
• Deliver high‑quality, well‑engaged candidate shortlists with accurate and complete information to support informed hiring decisions.
• Use your advisory skills to provide clear recommendations on shortlisted candidates.
• Maintain timely, proactive communication with Recruitment Partners and Hiring Managers across levels.
• Ensure a consistent pipeline and flow of relevant candidates for each open role.

Skills & Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple searches, priorities and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.

True headhunting mindset. Demonstrated experience in sourcing, headhunting, or candidate attraction.

Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and digital sourcing tools, or strong learning agility to build expertise quickly.

• Strength in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, with a data‑driven and inquisitive mindset.
• Ability to work independently, deliver results with minimal supervision and maintain accountability.
