Job summary

AMS, in partnership with a leading client in the Electrification sector, is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support hiring across Europe. Own a portfolio end-to-end, partnering with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders to attract and secure top talent across diverse markets.

You will provide market insights, sourcing expertise, and a high-quality candidate experience in a fast-paced, international environment, with a hybrid working model and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment expertise across multiple markets.
• Experience engaging Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders.
• Proven sourcing and talent-attraction capabilities for hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience in engineering, automotive, manufacturing sectors desired.
• Experience recruiting across European markets in international environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong interviewing, with competency-based approaches preferred.
• Fluent English; German and/or Hungarian or Polish advantageous.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with continuous improvement.
• Able to manage multiple requisitions and tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

AMS, in partnership with a leading client in the Electrification, is looking to bring on board an experienced Recruiter to support hiring across Europe.

This is an opportunity for an end-to-end recruitment professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment and partnering closely with Hiring Managers and client to attract and secure high-quality talent. You will take ownership of your recruitment portfolio while providing market insights, sourcing expertise and a consistently high-quality experience for candidates and stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll doing:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across European markets, from initial role briefing and sourcing strategy through to assessment and offer.
• Partnering closely with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders, understanding their hiring needs and providing consultative recruitment support throughout the process.
• Developing and executing effective sourcing and talent attraction strategies.
• Proactively identifying and engaging talent through direct sourcing, market mapping, networking and other relevant sourcing channels.
• Delivering high-quality candidate shortlists, providing clear recommendations and relevant market context to support informed hiring decisions.
• Providing Hiring Managers with talent market insights, helping to shape realistic recruitment strategies and manage expectations.
• Ensuring an excellent candidate and Hiring Manager experience through proactive communication, regular updates and effective process management.
• Maintaining accurate recruitment data and ensuring systems are kept up to date and compliant.
• Delivering against agreed SLAs, KPIs and team objectives, while maintaining a strong focus on quality and service delivery.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong end-to-end recruitment expertise, with the ability to independently manage multiple recruitment processes.
• Experience recruiting withinengineering, automotive, manufacturing sector is desired.
• Experience supporting recruitment across European markets and confidence working within an international environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong sourcing and talent identification capabilities, particularly for specialist and hard-to-fill technology positions.
• Strong candidate interviewing and assessment skills, ideally including competency-based interviewing.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and consultative approach.
• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with the confidence to challenge, advise and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing requisitions, stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Full professional fluency in English, German and Hungarian OR Polish, both written and spoken.
