UPM is a global renewables leader inviting you to join the Logistics/Finance team in Wrocław. You will be responsible for invoicing activities for transport services (road, rail, rentals, handlings), and support claim settlements, ensuring timely, approved invoices and proper VAT documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Logistics/Supply Chain/Finance/Accounting professional.
• Good knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain processes.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, OTM and MS Office.
• Fluent in English.

Aufgaben

• Be responsible for logistics invoicing activities for all transport services using self-billing and match & pay settlements.
• Support claim settlement operations.
• Ensure all logistics invoices are timely completed and approved.
• Ensure timely collection of CMR and VAT-related documentation.
• Ensure service level compliance based on defined KPIs.
• Maintain daily communication with external providers and internal stakeholders.

What you will do

• Be responsible for logistics invoicing activities for all transport related services (road, rail, rentals, handlings) using full self-billing and match & pay settlement type
• Support claim settlement operations
• Ensure that all logistics invoices are timely completed and in approved status
• Ensure timely collection of CMR and other VAT related documentation
• Ensure service level compliance based on defined key performance indicators
• Ensure good daily communication with external service providers and other stakeholders inside and outside UPM
• Ensure service level compliance based on defined KPIs

Who you are

• You are professional in Logistics/Supply Chain/Finance/Accounting
• You have good knowledge of Supply Chain E2E processes
• You are a good communicator with networking skills
• You are a great team player
• You have good knowledge of IT tools and ERP systems like SAP, OTM, MS Office
• You are goal and service delivery oriented
• You are fluent in English

Additional information

This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with regular on-site collaboration in Wrocław. The position holder will report to Team Leader, Service Delivery Logistics.
