Job summary

UPM in Wrocław is seeking an Order Management Intern to support the daily work of the Order Management team, helping with order entry, tracking and delivery coordination.

You will learn SAP, Salesforce and order fulfilment tools, strengthen Excel and reporting skills, and collaborate with an international, multi-team environment.

Qualifications

• Student or university degree holder with basic experience in customer service or order processing.
• Willing to learn SAP, Order Fulfilment and Order Management tools.
• Team-oriented with good networking skills.
• Excellent Excel skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Interest in working in an international team and collaborating with multiple teams.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Order Management team in daily operational activities.
• Assist with order processing and order tracking.
• Prepare regular reports and analyze operational data.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems.
• Support issue resolution and stakeholder communication.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and project-related activities.
• Perform other administrative and analytical tasks as required.
