Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Recruiter to bridge candidates with the company, hiring for Spanish and UK/I markets. You will handle end-to-end recruitment across Spain and the UK, covering roles from manufacturing to IT, with a focus on continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in recruiting, speaks Spanish and English at C1, and holds a degree in HR or related field. Knowledge of SuccessFactors, MS Office and ServiceNow is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience
• Spanish and English at C1 level
• Higher education in HR or related field
• Experience with SuccessFactors, MS Office and ServiceNow beneficial

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from HR business partners and hiring managers to hire the right candidates
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies and publish job adverts on internal and external boards
• Identify, engage and screen candidates, conduct interviews, negotiate terms
• Respond to candidate inquiries via phone and email
• Participate in continuous improvement projects with defined targets and KPIs
