Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH in the Wroclaw region is seeking a Recruiter with Spanish to cover Spain and the UK&I in the pharmaceutical field. You will lead end-to-end recruitment across manufacturing, engineering, quality, and IT roles, aligning with HR partners and hiring managers to hire the right people.

Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, posting ads, screening, interviewing, and negotiating terms. A strong focus on continuous improvement and KPIs is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience in-house or agency.
• Spanish (C1) and English (C1) required.
• Pharma industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Spanish and UK&I markets.
• Develop and publish job ads, source candidates, and screen applicants.
• Conduct interviews and negotiate terms of employment.
• Respond to candidate inquiries and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Drive continuous improvement with defined KPIs and targets.
