Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Spain and UK markets, coordinating with HR Partners and Hiring Managers.
• Develop and publish sourcing strategies and job advertisements on internal and external boards.
• Identify, engage and screen candidates; conduct interviews and negotiate terms.
• Answer candidate inquiries via phone and email using the case management system.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives with KPI-driven service delivery.
