• Responsibility and ability to multitask, prioritize and close tasks quickly.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Building up positive relationships with customers.
• Resolving issues in a timely manner and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Providing explanations in relation to customer complaints (both written and by phone).
• Monitoring of the situation on financial markets.
• Working with the CRM system (verification and completing clients data).
• Cooperating with external XTB branches and internal departments.
