Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in Kraków is seeking a Client Manager with Spanish to support the European onboarding business, coordinating customer activation end-to-end and balancing service, cost, control and regulatory requirements.

You will act as the single point of contact for customer activation, manage the end-to-end activation journey, and work with Relationship Managers and internal teams to meet client needs while complying with local and international regulations. English and Spanish required.

• Proven experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Proactive, business-oriented with ability to prioritise requests.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for customer activation and onboarding.
• Manage and coordinate end-to-end customer activation journey.
• Serve as operational contact for clients on process requirements.
• Support Customers and Relationship Managers with internal teams.
• Understand client needs and align with internal rules and regulations.
• Manage a pipeline of customer requests and meet deadlines.
• Build and maintain a network outside your function to meet client needs.
