Job summary

Euroclear in Kraków is seeking a Client Service Representative to manage relationships with international clients, coordinate day-to-day service activities and work with colleagues across Euroclear Bank to resolve operational challenges.

You will join a fast-paced international environment, leveraging your customer-facing experience and English proficiency to support clients in global financial markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in client service, customer support, financial services, operations, order management or another role involving stakeholder coordination.
• A client-focused mindset and genuine interest in building professional relationships.
• Strong communication skills and confidence when interacting with different stakeholders.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks and follow them through to completion.
• An organised and reliable approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced international environment.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Professional working proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Russian, German, Spanish or French.
• Experience in financial services is welcome, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with international clients and provide responsive, high-quality support.
• Coordinate daily client activities and ensure timely, accurate follow-up.
• Manage enquiries across different communication channels and provide clear information on services and processes.
• Resolve client issues by working closely with operations and specialist teams.
• Monitor ongoing activity and proactively identify potential risks or service issues.
• Ensure clients remain informed and supported throughout the resolution process.
• Share client feedback and contribute ideas that improve service quality and client experience.
