Infotree Global Solutions Inc. in Warsaw is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to join our international financial services team. You will be the central liaison for account setup, AML/KYC checks, and regulatory verification for institutional clients.

The role focuses on coordinating onboarding tasks, ensuring timely activation of client accounts, and maintaining accurate documentation in a dynamic, cross-border environment.

We are currently recruiting a Client Onboarding Specialist for a full-time or contract position based in Warsaw. In this role, you will be integrated directly into the internal Client Implementation team of an international financial institution. Your main focus will be to ensure that institutional clients are successfully connected to the firm's systems, acting as the central point of contact for account setup and regulatory verification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client account setups from initial request to activation for asset managers, hedge funds, and corporate clients.

• Coordinate daily with Sales teams to set priorities and track account processing schedules.

• Review AML, KYC, and legal entity requirements to verify regulatory compliance.

• Track fund launch dates and trade execution deadlines to open accounts on time.

• Resolve operational issues and documentation gaps during the onboarding process.

Requirements:

• Work experience in Client Onboarding, KYC, AML, or Client Due Diligence.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Ability to handle multiple onboarding requests at the same time.

• Structured approach to task management and documentation.
