Creotech in Warszawa is seeking a Bid Manager to coordinate proposals for customers in the space sector. You will work with engineering, legal, product and business teams to develop high-quality submissions and ensure compliance with customer requirements and deadlines.

Responsibilities include owning the bidding process, analyzing tender docs, coordinating cross-functional inputs, and ensuring timely and compliant submissions to international customers and institutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in writing proposals, tender documentation or responses to RFPs/RFQs.
• Interest in the space, scientific, defence or critical infrastructure sectors.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the bidding process for space sector opportunities.
• Analyse tender documentation and customer requirements.
• Coordinate proposal preparation with engineering, legal, product and business teams.
• Ensure timely, high-quality and compliant proposal submissions.
• Manage proposal documentation and internal review processes.
• Collaborate with customers, partners and subcontractors throughout the bidding process.
