Job summary

Creotech Instruments S.A. in Warsaw seeks an End-to-end Systems Engineer to own the technical integrity of space missions, from spacecraft to ground operations. You will define architecture, translate needs into requirements, and lead cross-domain trades and Ver/Val activities.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with European partners, and drive MBSE and aerospace standards to ensure mission success. This role offers on-site work with flexible time in a thriving Polish space company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in systems engineering of complex space systems.
• Understanding spacecraft, payload and ground segment architectures.
• Strong experience in requirements engineering and system-level interface management.
• Experience with system architecture, trade-offs and performance analysis.
• Knowledge of engineering standards: ECSS/ISO 15288/INCOSE.
• Ability to mentor less experienced engineers.
• Experience with ESA/EC/EDA collaborations.
• Experience with flight heritage systems (TRL 9).
• Experience with verification and validation of complex systems.
• Excellent communication and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Define overall system architecture of space systems.
• Translate customer and mission needs into system-level requirements.
• Allocate requirements to spacecraft, payload, ground and operational segments.
• Manage cross-segment interfaces and end-to-end compatibility.
• Lead system-level trade-offs, performance analyses and technical decisions.
• Develop ConOps and mission scenarios.
• Lead technical proposals preparations.
• Define and coordinate system-level verification and validation.
• Support system integration, design reviews, acceptance and operational readiness.
• Act as the main technical integrator across engineering domains.
