Job summary

Certara in Kraków is seeking a Senior Contracts and Proposals Writer to lead the development of complex responses to RFPs, SOWs and COs. You will assemble project scope, objectives, timelines, staffing, budgets, and performance standards, and oversee drafting to final management approval.

You will mentor junior staff, drive process improvements, and coordinate with internal SMEs and external partners to ensure timely, high-quality proposals across global opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science, business, or related field.
• Three years of related proposal or contract writing experience (RFIs, RFPs, SOWs).
• Two years in proposals/contract writing in industry preferred but not required.
• Fluent in English; excellent technical writing/documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily coordination of team prioritization activities and oversee proposal development.
• Independently write proposals, SOWs, and COs and develop budgets across accounts and global opportunities.
• Prepare responses to RFPs, SOWs, and COs with minimal oversight and ensure compliance with client specs.
• Mentor and train junior staff; drive process and development initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal SMEs and external partners for input; maintain content databases.
• Perform quality control, adjudicate comments, and manage documentation and status in CRM systems.
