Qualifications

• Ability to investigate and resolve IT problems.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, resolve, and elevate ServiceNow tickets.
• Take ownership and communicate clearly with the business throughout the process.
• Aim to resolve issues at the 2nd level with detailed and accurate documentation.
• Provide general IT support, administration, and maintenance for the ServiceNow platform.
• Follow established procedures and meet SLAs.
