Job summary

Knauf Information Services GmbH in Katowice is seeking a motivated student for an IT ServiceNow internship. You will investigate, resolve, and document tickets, taking ownership and ensuring clear communication with the business.

The role focuses on second-level resolution and general IT maintenance, with flexibility around academic schedules. Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, fluent in English, and eager to learn ServiceNow and IT processes.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, resolve, and elevate ServiceNow tickets.
• Take ownership and communicate clearly with the business throughout the process.
• Aim to resolve issues at the 2nd level with detailed and accurate documentation.
• Provide general IT support, administration, and maintenance for the ServiceNow platform.
• Follow established procedures and meet SLAs.

What you'll do

• Investigate, resolve, and elevate tickets related to ServiceNow, focusing on business and process-related issues.

• Take ownership of tickets and ensure clear, high-quality communication with the business throughout the process.

• Aim to resolve issues at the 2nd level, providing detailed and accurate documentation for each case.

• Provide general support, administration, and maintenance for the ServiceNow platform and its associated applications.

• Follow established procedures, ensure compliance with segregation of duties, and meet service level agreements (SLAs).

Who you are

• You are currently enrolled student in a Bachelor's or Master's program in any field.

• You are fluent both in written and spoken English (B2-C1).

• You are familiar with the ServiceNow platform or open to learning new tools, processes, and technologies related to ServiceNow and IT support.

• You are able to investigate and resolve technical issues related to IT systems and processes.

• You can work with other team members and escape issues when necessary.

• You have a basic understanding of IT systems, workflows, and service management concepts.

• You are able to work onsite in our office in Katowice
