Job summary

Vector Synergy is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator/Engineer to manage and evolve our ServiceNow environment in Warsaw. You will implement configurations, integrations, and improvements within ITSM and related modules.

The role requires hands-on development, testing, and documentation, plus collaboration with architects and other teams to ensure secure and efficient operations. English proficiency and EU security clearance knowledge are needed.

Qualifications

• Experience administering and maintaining the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with ITSM and ServiceNow integrations.
• Documentation and SOP writing experience.
• Knowledge of IT security standards.
• Experience with REST, LDAP, and SSO integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow configurations.
• Analyze requests and propose new functionalities.
• Test changes and ensure system integrity.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and SOPs.
