Job summary

SEIDOR is seeking a ServiceNow Developer in Warsaw to drive platform configuration, customization and maintenance across development, maintenance and improvement tasks. The role collaborates with an Architect and Administrator to deliver robust ServiceNow solutions, including integrations and security-aligned changes.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, administration in a DevOps context and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring, developing and maintaining ServiceNow.
• Experience in creating customized ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience in administration and maintenance of ServiceNow in a DevOps role.
• Experience in backend on-prem ServiceNow setups is advantageous.
• Ability to write SOPs and technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of complex information systems and interoperability.
• Knowledge of IT security standards.
• Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• ServiceNow integration knowledge (Web Services, SSO, LDAP, REST, etc.).

Responsibilities

• ServiceNow platform development: Implementing new configurations and customizations of ServiceNow platform.
• Analyzing and advising on requests for implementation of new functionalities of ServiceNow platform.
• Testing and validating proposed changes.
• Writing and implementing code to ServiceNow platform.
• Running development projects in cooperation with ServiceNow Architect and Administrator.
• Performing application and code reviews to ensure system integrity.
• Maintaining up to date solution documentation including technical documentation, SOPs, user guides.
• ServiceNow platform maintenance: managing instance, files, services, backups, performance tuning and security compliance.
• Maintaining ServiceNow up to date, upgrades and patches.
• Ensuring ServiceNow integration with Frontex systems.
• Maintaining MariaDB databases used by ServiceNow.
• Providing daily support for the ServiceNow platform implementing standard changes.
• Maintaining current configurations and customizations of ServiceNow platform.
• Analyze and resolve incidents and perform bug fixes.
• ServiceNow platform improvements: providing recommendations to business requirements, contributing to technical designs.
• Support ServiceNow Architect and Administrator in designing solution architecture and administration.
• Supporting project planning and other teams in risk management and disaster recovery.
