Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on ServiceNow administration and maintenance experience.
• Strong hands-on platform configuration across ITSM and related modules.
• Ability to design ServiceNow solutions and gather requirements.
• Experience creating SOPs and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of integration technologies (Web Services, SSO, LDAP, REST).
• Understanding of complex information systems and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement configurations and customizations on ServiceNow.
• Analyse requests and advise on new functionalities.
• Test and validate proposed changes.
• Develop code for ServiceNow platform and review others’ work.
• Run development projects with architects and admins.
• Maintain up-to-date SOPs, manuals and knowledge articles.
• Ensure secure, compliant ServiceNow operations and integrations.
