Job summary

Frontex seeks a ServiceNow Developer in Warsaw with 5+ years of relevant IT experience to develop and maintain the ServiceNow platform. The role requires hands-on development, configuration, and strong collaboration with architects and administrators.

Expected to work 20% on-site and 80% remote, ensuring secure operations, documentation, and compliance with EU standards. Fluency in English at B2 level or higher is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent hands-on experience administering and maintaining the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong experience configuring ServiceNow, including ITSM and related modules.
• Experience designing ServiceNow solutions and gathering requirements.
• Ability to create SOPs and technical documentation for systems.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow integration technologies (Web Services, SSO, LDAP, REST).
• Understanding of complex information systems, security standards and governance.

Responsibilities

• Implement new configurations and customizations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Analyse requests and advise on new functionality implementations.
• Test, validate, and write code for ServiceNow platform components.
• Coordinate development projects with the ServiceNow Architect and Admin.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation including SOPs and user manuals.
• Maintain and upgrade ServiceNow instances, patches, and integrations.
• Support risk management, security management, and disaster recovery efforts.
