Sii Poland is seeking a motivated ServiceNow Developer to join the ServiceNow Team in Poland. You will work on projects across ITSM/ITOM/ITAM and HRSD modules, implementing configuration, scripting, and integrations (REST/SOAP) on the ServiceNow platform.

You will participate in design reviews, SCRUM ceremonies, and documentation validation, while mentoring junior colleagues and ensuring quality throughout deployments. Fluent English and Polish are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Request Management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze development needs and participate in review sessions – design reviews and SCRUM meetings.
• Create and maintain documentation and validate technical solutions before deployment.
• Develop and administer ServiceNow including configuration, security, data management, workflow, integrations (REST/SOAP), platform upgrades.
• Develop solutions, scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs), Flow/Workflow, portals, widgets, and dashboards with reporting capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and identify automation opportunities to improve user experience.
• Provide support in testing, deployment activities, and mentor less-experienced team members.
