Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our ServiceNow Team working on projects across Europe and the United States. You will work on ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/HRSD/SecOps/SPM modules, focusing on configuration, scripting, workflows, dashboards, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.

Your tasks include analyzing requirements, documenting technical solutions, and developing and administering ServiceNow with a focus on automation and user experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Request Management modules.

Responsibilities

• Analyze development needs and participate in requirement analysis and SCRUM meetings.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and solution validation before deployment.
• Develop and administer ServiceNow configurations, security, data management, workflows, and integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Build solutions, scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs), Flow/Workflow, dashboards and reports.
• Ensure compliance with development standards and identify automation opportunities.
• Provide testing support, deployment activities, and mentor junior team members.
