Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to advance client platforms across Europe. You will handle core modules, IRM configuration, and automation opportunities while collaborating in an Agile environment.

The role requires strong analytical skills and fluent Polish and English communication. Based in Poland, the position focuses on delivering robust workflows, dashboards, and API integrations, with responsibility for testing, upgrades, and quality validation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Request Management.
• Hands-on with ServiceNow IRM, including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk Management.
• Fluency in Polish and English; strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain documentation for ServiceNow projects.
• Participate in testing, deployments, and Scrum ceremonies.
• Configure and customize Flow/Workflow, dashboards, and integrations with 3rd-party tools.
• Develop scripts (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, UI Policies) and perform platform upgrades.
• Validate solutions before deployment and identify automation opportunities to improve user experience.
