Job summary

Sii Poland is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our ServiceNow Team. You will work on projects across ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/HRSD/SecOps/SPM modules and contribute to platform enhancements and automation.

Responsibilities include designing, configuring, scripting, and integrating ServiceNow solutions, participating in reviews, documentation, testing, and mentoring teammates while maintaining high standards and effective communication in English and Polish.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Request.
Methodical and focused approach to work.
Strong analytical and communication skills; fluent in English and Polish.
Residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

Analyzing development needs and participating in requirement analysis, design reviews, and SCRUM meetings.
Creating and maintaining documentation and technical solution validation before deployment.
Developing and administering ServiceNow: configuration, security, data management, workflow, integrations (REST/SOAP), and upgrades.
Developing solutions, scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs), Flow/Workflow, portals, widgets, and dashboards with reporting.
Ensuring compliance with internal standards and identifying automation opportunities to improve UX.
Providing support in testing, deployment activities, and mentoring less-experienced team members.
