Sii Poland is seeking a Service Catalog Manager to join the ServiceNow Competency Center in Kraków. You will manage end-to-end delivery of new catalog items, collaborating with requestors, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure user-friendly solutions that align with business needs.

You will gather requirements, design workflows, and coordinate the release process, ensuring smooth Jira tracking and effective release coordination. Fluency in English and Poland residency are required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of experience with ServiceNow in Service Catalog Management or ITSM.
• Strong communication skills to clearly present ideas and articulate end-user experiences.
• Creative and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail for designing workflows and logical action sequences.
• Experience working with Jira and supporting release coordination.
• Fluent English and residency in Poland.

Aufgaben

• Gather, analyze, and refine requirements for new catalog items in collaboration with requestors.
• Design and propose effective catalog solutions, including workflows and process sequences, to meet business needs.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Coordinate the full release process, including Jira tracking, development support, testing, UAT, defect management, and production release.
• Prioritize and manage multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
