Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced leader to drive the strategic development and delivery of a large-scale enterprise workflow and digital services platform in a regulated international environment.

You will own the ServiceNow portfolio end-to-end, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate business priorities into actionable delivery plans while maintaining governance and delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform in enterprise environments.
• Proven track record in product portfolio management and large-scale delivery.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the ServiceNow portfolio and end-to-end demand-to-delivery lifecycle.
• Define multi-year ServiceNow roadmap across ITSM/ITOM/ITAM, HRSD, AI, automation.
• Drive demand evaluation, backlog readiness, and capacity planning.
• Lead portfolio planning, governance, and alignment with business priorities.
• Establish agile and hybrid delivery practices across teams.
• Oversee release planning, testing readiness, documentation, and change management.
• Monitor portfolio performance, risks, metrics, adoption, and value realization.
