Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Poland. You will analyze development needs, participate in SCRUM sessions, and help design and implement solutions across ITSM / ITOM / ITAM modules.

Responsibilities include configuring ServiceNow, building workflows, integrations, dashboards, and ensuring quality through testing and documentation. Fluency in English and Polish is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management.
• Methodical and focused approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and participating in review sessions – analyzing development needs and taking part in requirement analysis, design reviews, and SCRUM meetings.
• Creating and maintaining documentation and technical solution validation before deployment.
• Developing and administering ServiceNow, including configuration, security, data management, workflow, integrations (REST/SOAP), platform upgrades, and skipped record reviews.
• Developing solutions, scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, etc.), Flow/Workflow creation, portals, widgets, and dashboards with reporting capabilities.
• Ensuring compliance with internal development standards and identifying automation opportunities to improve user experience.
• Providing support in testing, deployment activities, and mentoring of less-experienced team members

ServiceNow Team at Sii provides services to customers from various industries in Europe and the United States. We specialize in improving customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding platforms used within the customer organization. Our experience spans ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / HRSD / SecOps / SPM modules.

Your tasks
