Job summary

Sii Sp. z o.o. in Gliwice is seeking a ServiceNow Developer (f/m/x) to join our ServiceNow Team. You will work on multiple projects across ITSM/ITOM modules to improve platforms for customers in Europe and the US.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong English and Polish, and a methodical, analytical mindset. The role offers a dynamic environment, mentoring, and opportunities to shape automation and best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level, CMDB, Knowledge, Service Request.
• Methodical and focused approach to work.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent command of English; fluent Polish; residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and participate in review sessions – analyzing development needs and taking part in requirement analysis, design reviews, and SCRUM meetings.
• Create and maintain documentation and technical solution validation before deployment.
• Develop and administer ServiceNow, including configuration, security, data management, workflow, integrations (REST/SOAP), platform upgrades, and skipped record reviews.
• Develop solutions, scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, etc.), Flow/Workflow creation, portals, widgets, and dashboards with reporting capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with internal development standards and identify automation opportunities to improve user experience.
• Provide support in testing, deployment activities, and mentoring of less-experienced team members.
