Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow analyst to join a three-person team building a multi-module platform for an international financial company. You will gather and analyze business and functional requirements, run workshops, and translate needs into ServiceNow specifications.

Responsibilities include AS-IS/TO-BE analysis, backlog refinement, and supporting testing/UAT. Polish and English fluency (B2) is required, with regular in-office work in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business analysis in ITSM/CSM
• GRC knowledge and privacy compliance
• Ability to run workshops and gather requirements
• Experience in process analysis and writing user stories/acceptance criteria
• Knowledge of fit-gap methodology and backlog refinement
• Fluent in Polish and English (B2+)
• Office in Warsaw at least once a week
• Residence in Poland

Responsibilities

• Gathering and analyzing business and functional requirements
• Conducting workshops with stakeholders
• Analyzing AS-IS processes and designing TO-BE
• Preparing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Translating business needs into ServiceNow requirements
• Conducting fit-gap analysis against standard capabilities
• Refining the backlog and clarifying scope
• Collaborating with Developers, BA Lead, and Architect
• Supporting testing/UAT and verifying business results
• Documenting processes, decisions, assumptions, and dependencies
