Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to work with European and US clients, analyzing requirements and translating them into development specs. You will collaborate with stakeholders daily and guide the delivery team through UAT and production deployments.

You should have at least 3 years of ServiceNow experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and familiarity with BPMN and Agile/Scrum. Fluency in Polish and English and residence in Poland are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Fluency in Polish and English; residence in Poland.
• Ability to work with both technology and business stakeholders daily.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and BPMN.

Responsibilities

• Performing business analysis to understand customers’ expectations for ServiceNow out-of-the-box or custom solutions.
• Translating user requirements into development specifications and supporting the development team.
• Designing solutions that align with stakeholders' requirements.
• Creating and managing project and deliverable documentation.
• Establishing technical requirements for the delivery team (user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Supervising development progress and guiding customers through the UAT phase.
• Managing production deployment.
• Conducting necessary training for end-users on the platform’s usability and implemented solutions.
