Job summary

Sii is seeking an experienced ServiceNow analyst to join a three-person team to build a multi-module platform for an international financial company. You will gather and analyze business requirements, run workshops with stakeholders, translate needs into ServiceNow requirements, and support testing and UAT.

Responsibilities include AS-IS/TO-BE analysis, fit-gap assessment, backlog refinement, and collaboration with developers, BA lead, and architect.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis in ITSM and CSM
• Knowledge of GRC and privacy compliance
• Ability to conduct workshops and gather requirements
• Experience in process analysis and creating user stories and acceptance criteria
• Knowledge of fit-gap methodology and backlog refinement
• Fluent in Polish and English at least B2
• Willingness to work from the office in Warsaw – at least once a week
• Residence in Poland
