Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow analyst to join a three-person team building a multi-module platform for an international financial company. You will gather and analyze business and functional requirements, run workshops, and translate needs into ServiceNow specifications.

Responsibilities include AS-IS/TO-BE analysis, backlog refinement, and supporting testing/UAT. Polish and English fluency (B2) is required, with regular in-office work in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business analysis in ITSM/CSM
• GRC knowledge and privacy compliance
• Ability to run workshops and gather requirements
• Experience in process analysis and writing user stories/acceptance criteria
• Knowledge of fit-gap methodology and backlog refinement
• Fluent in Polish and English (B2+)
• Office in Warsaw at least once a week
• Residence in Poland

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow analyst for a project to build a multi-module platform for an international financial company. As part of a team of three analysts, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business and functional requirements. Your tasks

• Gathering and analyzing business and functional requirements
• Conducting workshops with stakeholders
• Analyzing AS-IS processes and designing TO-BE
• Preparing user stories and acceptance criteria

• Conducting fit-gap analysis against the platform's standard capabilities
• Refining the backlog and clarifying the scope

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis in the ITSM and CSM areas
• Knowledge of GRC and compliance with privacy regulations
• Ability to conduct workshops and gather requirements
• Experience in process analysis and creating user stories and acceptance criteria
• Knowledge of fit-gap methodology and ability to refine the backlog
• Fluent in Polish and English at least at B2 level
• Willingness to work from the office in Warsaw - at least once a week
• Residence in Poland
