Job summary

Amer Sports is seeking a Workday Senior Specialist – Time Tracking & Absence for its Krakow or Helsinki offices. The role covers global configuration, maintenance, and improvements of Workday Time Tracking and Absence, working with HR, Payroll, IT and external vendors.

You’ll design and optimize configurations, troubleshoot issues, and drive releases and enhancements in a dynamic, matrix organization; a proactive, ownership-driven approach is required.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on configuration experience in Workday Time Tracking and Absence.
• Understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll integration and data flows.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex Workday issues and drive fixes.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate requirements into configurations.
• Proactive, ownership-driven approach with global stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience supporting global Workday implementations and releases.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and optimize Workday Time Tracking and Absence globally.
• Provide expert support to HR and Payroll teams for complex issues.
• Analyze requirements and implement configuration enhancements.
• Plan and execute testing, releases, and validations of changes.
• Participate in global projects and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and vendors to meet global standards.
