Job summary

Strada is seeking a hands-on Workday Functional Consultant to join our Professional Services team. Location is home-based with travel to client sites up to 40%, and you will become a subject matter expert in Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking.

You will design, configure and test the Workday solution, collaborate with clients, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to Strada’s HR and Financials services with innovative approaches.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for client interaction.
• Certified in Workday Absence Management and/or Time Tracking or 2+ years experience.
• Experience maintaining and enhancing HR systems post go-live.
• Consultancy experience in HR processes desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure and test Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking solutions for clients.
• Work closely with clients to understand requirements post go-live and translate into actionable configurations.
• Mentor and train junior consultants on Workday topics.
• Share knowledge and collaborate to enhance internal capability and training.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and project teams, guiding value delivery.
