Job summary

Amer Sports Corporation in Kraków is seeking an EMEA HRSS Payroll Specialist on a fixed-term contract with a 3-month probation, hybrid work setup. The role covers end-to-end payroll data management, lifecycle administration, and compliance across the EMEA region.

You will handle data accuracy in Workday, coordinate with HR, payroll, and external vendors, and ensure timely and correct payroll processing. English fluency and a 2+ year payroll/HR admin background are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Payroll, HR Administration or Shared Services.
• Fluent English with good written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems; knowledge of payroll processing, HRIS management, payroll compliance, HR administration, time and attendance; MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Data Management: Owns preparation, validation, and maintenance of payroll input data for the countries within scope, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Employee Lifecycle Administration: Ensures lifecycle changes reflected in Workday and communicated to Payroll; supports onboarding to offboarding.
• Payroll Operations & Validation: Performs data audits, validates payroll inputs, resolves discrepancies to ensure timely processing.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Acts as liaison between HR, Payroll, employees, and external vendors across the EMEA region.
• Compliance & HR Administration: Maintains employee records and ensures compliance with labor, tax, payroll regulations and internal policies.
