You will collaborate with People Technologies, HR Operations and Product Owners to deliver solutions globally and locally. The role requires 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday, Time Tracking and Absence Management.
• Strong communication skills and English fluency.
• Experience with multi-country or global Workday deployments.
• Familiarity with testing cycles and agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management processes.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Create prototypes, perform tests, and deploy enhancements to production.
• Maintain documentation of Workday configurations and support data integrity.
