Job summary

Strada Poland Sp Zoo in Kraków is seeking a Workday Functional Consultant to join a global HR tech and payroll team. You will become a hands-on expert in Absence Management and Time Tracking, working with clients post go-live to design, configure and test Workday solutions while mentoring junior consultants.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, build trusted client relationships, and apply Strada methodologies to deliver value across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communications skills; fluent English is a prerequisite.
• Analytical and functional skills demonstrated by project or support work.
• Experience with Workday Absence Management and/or Time Tracking or 2+ years supporting them.
• Exposure to the maintenance and enhancement of HR Systems (post go-live).
• Consultancy experience in HR processes is desirable.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, a clear ability to ‘consult’ for and with your clients.
• Experience managing stakeholders and collaborating in teams.
• Experience with multiple concurrent work assignments and virtual teams.
• Ability to act with integrity and be self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Become a hands-on subject matter expert in Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking.
• Design, build, configure and test the Workday solution in collaboration with the client.
• Mentor Junior Consultants and share knowledge within the team.
• Contribute to internal capability by training and mentoring colleagues.
• Build strong client rapport and guide deployments to maximize value across engagements.
• Develop relationships with project teams, management, and external clients.
• Apply Workday and Strada methodologies to project delivery.
• Deliver excellence to clients while managing work across several assignments.
