Job summary

Smith Nephew is seeking an HR Technology Specialist for Absence and Time within Workday to support colleagues across the organisation. You will become the go-to person for Absence and Time Tracking and guide users through solutions with clarity and care.

You'll troubleshoot issues, test new releases, gather requirements and work with HR Services and Global Business Services to keep payroll and HR processes running smoothly. A 2-year fixed-term contract supports a Payroll transformation project.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to person for Absence and Time Tracking in Workday.
• Troubleshoot issues, manage caseload within service levels.
• Test new releases and gather user requirements for payroll deployments.
• Collaborate with HR Services and Global Business Services to keep processes running smoothly.
• Support a Global Payroll Programme ensuring Workday Absence, Time, and Pay configurations.
