Job summary

Smith+Nephew is seeking an HR Technology Specialist for Absence and Time to support colleagues across the organisation as they navigate Workday HR systems.

You will be the go-to person for Absence and Time Tracking, troubleshoot issues, guide users with clarity, and participate in testing new releases. The role involves gathering requirements and ensuring systems support payroll deployments globally.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and support process improvements.
• Comfort working with data, testing changes and gathering requirements.
• Strong organization and workload management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the HR Technology point person for Absence, Time Tracking and related Workday configurations.
• Troubleshoot issues, manage caseload and support HR stakeholders across markets.
• Participate in testing new releases and gathering user requirements for payroll deployments.
• Collaborate with Global HR Services and ensure smooth processes for employees.
