Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Global Payroll, Time & Absence Project Support professional to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across payroll, time, and absence domains, with a strong focus on Workday and HR systems. You will collaborate with HRIT, AMS providers, and business stakeholders to drive sprint planning and project success.

The role offers flexibility with mobile work up to 60% within Germany and up to 30 days abroad, located at multiple global sites including Warsaw, Poland,

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in business, HR, or finance-related field.
• Experience with Global Payroll, Time & Absence, or HRIT projects.
• Knowledge of internal controls, compliance, or audit processes is advantageous.
• Experience with external AMS providers is a plus.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily payroll operations and sprint coordination across HR systems, primarily Workday.
• Coordinate between HR, HRIT, and external AMS providers for timely delivery.
• Assist in project planning, testing (UAT, regression), and deployment readiness.
• Act as primary contact for Payroll, Time, and Absence topics with global stakeholders.
• Support governance meetings, reporting, and status updates.
