Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize warehouse operations across processes including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping. You will lead a team, drive performance against KPIs, and implement LEAN initiatives to improve service levels.

The role requires 3+ years in a managerial warehouse environment, strong WMS experience, and solid English communication. A dynamic global environment with a focus on safety and cost control awaits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of managerial experience in warehouse/logistics.
• Proven ability to lead operational teams and drive performance.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes: receiving, storage, picking, inventory, shipping.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Leadership with focus on cost control and KPIs.
• English level B1 or higher; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse processes using available resources.
• Coordinate team activities, supervise work time, and support professional development.
• Monitor and improve employee performance with analyses and corrective actions.
• Collaborate on resource relocation based on operations.
• Propose actions to improve service level and lean initiatives (KAIZEN, LEAN).
• Ensure safety, labor law compliance, and client KPI adherence.
• Deliver and report operational results per client contract, and assist in budgeting.
