Woodward Poland is seeking a Logistics/Warehouse Supervisor to lead the warehouse and shipping teams, oversee receiving docks, and ensure accurate stocking and handling of components.

You will implement LEAN practices, coordinate with freight carriers, prepare required paperwork, and drive KPI attainment while coaching staff and planning staffing needs. The role offers an opportunity to work in an international team with attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge about LEAN in logistics.
• Strong English language skills and communication skills.
• 3-5 years experience in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Directs activities of subordinates in warehouse and shipping department.
• Responsible for handling of incoming products through receiving docks, stocking and handling of components.
• Implements LEAN solutions into material handling and logistics processes.
• Coordinate with freight carriers to ensure compliance with Woodward policies.
• Prepare necessary paperwork and coordinate cycle counts and packing/shipping to satisfy customer requirements.
• Achieve departmental goals & KPI performance measures.
• Coordinate workload requirements and scheduling with teams.
• Develops, reviews and maintains staffing requirements.
• Responsible for annual performance evaluations and discipline of subordinates.
• Identify and provide training needs related to safety, quality, new technologies and application tools.
