Job summary

Westwing is seeking a Senior Operations Manager in Robakowo to lead daily distribution centre operations across inbound and outbound teams, focusing on capacity, inventory accuracy and safety.

You will drive KPI performance, mentor a multi-shift staff, and implement Lean/Six Sigma improvements while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

This leadership role supports a fast-paced, design-driven home goods brand and contributes to our growth strategy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership in a high-volume distribution centre or warehouse
• Proven track record managing both Inbound and Outbound operations
• Strong data literacy and ability to interpret warehouse metrics
• Change and crisis-management experience with peak surges and disruptions
• Strategic communication and alignment between frontline staff and leadership
• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Direct and optimise daily warehouse operations across Inbound and Outbound functions
• Forecast and manage labour, space and equipment to maintain throughput
• Ensure inventory control and accuracy through cycle counts and collaboration with inventory teams
• Establish and monitor KPIs like Dock‑to‑Stock, Order Fill Rate, Picking accuracy, CPU
• Mentor a multi‑shift team of supervisors and associates for high performance
• Drive a proactive safety culture and strict regulatory compliance (EHS)
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S) and automation integration
