Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an experienced Operations Manager in Poland to lead daily logistics operations with a focus on E-Commerce returns services for key clients. You will drive KPI performance, resource planning, and budget oversight while maintaining strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates bring several years of leadership in large operations, a logistics-related university degree, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Proven managerial experience in operations leading large structures.
• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management or Engineering.
• Advanced English for corporate and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations and achieve KPI targets.
• Plan resources and capacity aligned with forecasts.
• Manage annual budget, costs, and P&L results.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and report SLA/KPI.
• Drive continuous improvement using LEAN, Kaizen.
• Lead and develop large teams and succession planning.
• Supervise warehouse infrastructure and assets.
• Ensure H&S compliance and audits with clients.
