Job summary

SHEIN is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Poland to manage daily warehouse operations, supervise a team of operators, and drive continuous improvement. You will monitor performance against KPIs, coordinate cross-department activities, and implement lean practices to enhance safety, productivity, and cost control.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a leadership position, and strong skills in lean tools and WMS/TMS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum of 5 years of warehouse operations experience, including at least 1 year of management.
• Experience managing 600+ operators in medium to large warehouses.
• Proficiency in warehouse operation processes, lean tools, and cost management.
• Ability to predict and manage risks and improve safety mechanisms.
• Strong leadership and team development skills; capable of improving performance.
• Ability to work alternate day and night shifts as required.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PPT and WMS/TMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations in assigned areas based on KPI’s: Safety, Productivity, Quality, Cost.
• Real-time monitoring and prompt on-site problem and equipment issue resolution.
• Implement and improve warehouse processes and regulations for high quality and efficiency.
• Allocate manpower and resources to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate cross-department communication and implement 6S and lean initiatives.
• Develop and empower team members to build a strong team culture.
• Foster a positive and healthy team culture to enhance cohesion and effectiveness.
