Job summary

CEVA Logistics Poland is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead and develop the site team, optimize processes, and ensure KPI targets are met. You will oversee budget, implement Kaizen and Lean tools, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance on site.

The role requires strong WMS experience, English at B1 level, and solid planning and organizational skills to drive continuous improvement and high service standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a managerial role in warehouse/logistics
• Experience in supervising operational teams
• Knowledge of warehouse processes: receiving, storage, picking, inventory, shipping
• Experience with WMS systems
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate
• Results-driven with focus on targets (operational/financial)
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
• KPI monitoring and process improvement
• Lean/Kaizen knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse processes using available resources
• Coordinate team for supervision, time management, development, motivation and CEVA values
• Control and manage employee performance; prepare analyses and budget control
• Coordinate relocation of resources based on operations
• Present improvement proposals; apply Kaizen, Lean tools, and participate in new projects
• Collaborate with staff on continuous improvement (Kaizen, 5S)
• Ensure safe and compliant work environment per Labor Law and HSE rules
• Meet customer service level KPIs and report results to client
• Oversee budget implementation and month-end closing data for invoicing

• Managing the warehouse processes using available resources,
• Team coordination; in the field of supervision, work time management, professional development,motivation, embodying and promoting CEVA values,
• Controlling and managing employee performance – preparing analyses and applying correctiveactions, compliance with budget assumptions (cost control),
• Proactivecooperation in terms of relocation of resources depending on operational situation,
• Presenting proposals of actions to improve professionalism and service level, maintaining consistency with the results, and achieved goals (KAIZEN), implementation of LEAN Managementtools, SCA standards, participation in the new projects,
• Cooperation with the team of employees in continuous improvement: KAIZEN, 5S,
• Ensuring proper organization of work environment, in accordance to the Labor Law, Health and Safety procedures as well as Fire and Environmental protection,
• Ensuring that customer expectations in terms of service level are known and met by employees(KPI’s)
• Delivery and reporting of operational results based on contract indicators agreed with the client forthe provided service
• Supervision of budget implementation (P&L), participation in the process of closing the month(financial reserves from the month level, verification of operational data for the needs of issuing an invoice for the client, etc.)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within a warehouse, logistics, or distribution center environment.
• Proven experience in managing and developing operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes, including receiving, storage, order picking, inventory management, and shipping operations.
• Practical experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving operational and financial targets.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to make decisions and work effectively under pressure in a dynamic operational environment.
• Experience in monitoring and managing operational performance through KPIs.
• Good analytical skills and the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Knowledge of Lean Management, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies would be an advantage.
• Sound understanding of health and safety regulations within a warehouse environment.
• Communicative English language skills (minimum B1 level).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
