Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a Senior Technology Operations Engineer in the D&T Connected Supply Chain team to act as the technical anchor for the Supply Chain application portfolio across its full lifecycle.

You will liaise with Product Teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and internal D&T functions to keep applications stable, secure, compliant, and fit for purpose, while driving reliability and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in application support, management, platform operations, or system administration.
• Experience supporting enterprise business applications in production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across application, database, infrastructure, and integration layers.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Experience working with external vendors and support providers.
