Job summary

HEINEKEN is seeking a Senior Application Support Specialist for the Supply Chain portfolio in Kraków. You will own end-to-end operations, incident response, and continuous improvement across cloud and on-prem environments.

You will coordinate with Product Teams, vendors, and internal IT functions to ensure secure, compliant, and reliable services, including Azure AD, SSO, and application migrations, with a focus on governance and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in application support or platform operations within enterprise environments.
• Certifications in application, cloud, or infrastructure technologies preferred (e.g., Azure, SQL, Windows Server, ITIL).
• Hands-on experience with incident, problem, and change management via ITSM tools.
• Experience managing hosting environments across cloud and on-premise, including app and database servers.
• Strong communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in cross-functional, international environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents, service requests, problems, and changes across the Connected Supply Chain portfolio.
• Troubleshoot application, database, server, access, interface, and performance issues end-to-end.
• Coordinate resolution with vendors, Product Teams, Cloud & Hosting, Security, and other support teams.
