Job summary
HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a Senior Technology Operations Engineer within the D&T Connected Supply Chain team. You will be the technical anchor for the Supply Chain application portfolio, engaging with product teams, vendors, and internal D&T functions to keep applications stable, secure, and compliant.
You will drive service reliability, modernise the landscape (including SaaS and cloud transitions), and contribute to cost efficiency and governance across the portfolio, while enhancing
Qualifications
- English proficiency is required.
- 5+ years in application support or related operations.
- Experience with enterprise production applications.
- Strong troubleshooting across app, DB, infra, and integration.
- Familiar with incident, problem, and change management.
- Experience with external vendors and support providers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support application environments across cloud and on‑prem platforms, ensuring availability and operational excellence.
- Lead the coordination of deployments, upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management for apps, servers, and databases.
- Strengthen service reliability through disaster recovery planning and continuous improvement.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Support Single Sign-On integrations and Microsoft Entra ID configurations.
- Coordinate SSL certificate renewals and security changes.
