Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a D&T Business Analyst to own end-to-end business analysis for one or more product areas within the Digital Commerce stream. You will translate business outcomes into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, acting as the bridge between Product, Engineering and business stakeholders in a distributed environment.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in business analysis or related roles, in digital/product delivery.
• Proven BA techniques: elicitation, prioritisation, use cases and acceptance criteria.

• Translate business needs into epics, features and user stories.
